A lower total does not automatically qualify if the competing company is providing fewer services or excluding areas included in our proposal.

For example, a proposal may not qualify if it excludes baseboards, appliances, cabinets, windows, bedrooms, bathrooms, construction dust, heavy buildup, or other services included in your Ultimate Clean Professionals proposal.

The Best Price Guarantee applies only to the original written proposal and original scope of work approved when your appointment was booked.
